Sir Clive Sinclair is not a character in the Pentaverse, nor is the archive a biography of him.

He represents the spark.

The ZX80, ZX81 and ZX Spectrum helped place computing within reach of ordinary homes. Rubber keys, cassette loading, bedroom BASIC and the freedom to experiment opened a doorway for a generation who learned by typing, breaking, rebuilding and trying again.

From that doorway came games, music, trackers, bulletin boards, websites and decades of creative pottering with machines.

The Pentaverse grew from those same roots. It became an archive of old code, machine memory, dusty music, broken humour and technology that still remembers.

Clive did not build the Pentaverse.

He merely started the fault.
